For the woman whose mind is always on

Thinking, caring, doing, managing, solving, holding.

This is a place where you get to put all that down for a while and give your mind a rest.

What makes the Sound Bath unique

The indoor sound bath space in Zahara’s Jerusalem home, overlooking the nature valley

The Setting

Sound baths are held outdoors in my beautiful garden (weather permitting), or in the beautiful indoor space overlooking the nature valley here in my home. Stepping into the space feels like stepping into another dimension of peace, where the outside world begins to fade and you can truly pause, breathe, and be.

The Sound

This sound bath is held primarily by the frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls, accompanied by tubular chimes. The sustained tones create a deeply immersive experience, inviting the mind to quiet, the body to soften, and your whole system to enter a state of deep rest and rejuvenation.

The Integration

The sound bath is followed by a quiet period of guided journaling, giving you space to reflect, receive, and allow the experience to settle. Rather than moving immediately back into the demands of everyday life, you have time to stay with yourself and notice what is arising.

The Sharing Circle

After the sound bath and journaling, we come together in a sharing circle. A space to express what you’re experiencing, put words to what came up for you, and be heard, seen, and witnessed by the group.

Community

Stay for an optional 30 minutes of tea and connection, an opportunity to get to know one another and build the kind of connections that can turn into genuine friendship, all while enjoying the beauty of the space.

Meet Zahara

I’m Zahara, a Reiki Master, sound healer, energy worker, and founder of the Alignment Movement.

I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience what becomes possible when they finally give themselves permission to pause.

Sound has become one of the ways I love most to create that space. The frequencies of the Tibetan bowls give the mind permission to quiet, allowing you to move out of constant thinking and into deep rest and presence.

Come in with noise. Leave with space.

And a quieter mind.

A softer body.

A renewed sense of presence.

A feeling of being grounded and restored.

A little more room inside yourself for whatever comes next.

Real experiences

A massage for the brain! It’s a perfect way to relax the body by letting the sounds and vibrations wash over you with a gentle reminder to release the tension we carry around with us on a daily basis.

Tal Goldstein, LCSW

From the moment I arrived at the Zahara sound healing, the venue completely inspired me. The session was deeply uplifting and brought up powerful thoughts and feelings. She was incredibly gentle and filled the entire space with amazing energy.
